We are a small struggling business.  We cannot afford to absorb the cost of items on which we did not make a mistake.

Shipping and packaging are calculated on the entire order.  Vendors that offer “free shipping”; include the cost of packaging and shipping each item separately into the item cost.  We calculate for the entire order, meaning the shipping and packaging are less expensive per item on multi-item orders.
