If we made a mistake, we apologize.  If our supplier sent defective materials and we didn’t catch it, we apologize for that as well.  We want you to have a high-quality item that you love.  If we made a mistake (it happens on hand-crafted items); we will refund/replace items that are approved and returned within 30 days of mailing.  Please contact us at crafter.consort@gmail.com .

  Shipping and packaging are calculated on the entire order.  Vendors that offer “free shipping”; include the cost of packaging and shipping each item separately into the item cost.  We calculate for the entire order, meaning the shipping and packaging are less expensive per item on multi-item orders.
