We are committed to high quality, so we will refund/replace items that are beneath our quality standards; if the problem is in materials or our making.  Returns must be approved and received within 30 days of delivery to you.  (Check them before you gift them.)

We are a small struggling U.S. business.  So, unfortunately, we can not afford to make refunds/replacements that are not due to our mistake, or our material suppliers' mistakes.

Hand wipe, or hand wash in lukewarm soapy water.  Rinse. Air dry.  Do NOT put in a dishwasher.  The film/resin can and will scrape if handled too roughly.

Shipping and packaging are calculated on the entire order.  Vendors that offer “free shipping”; include the cost of packaging and shipping each item separately into the item cost.  We calculate for the entire order, meaning the shipping and packaging are less expensive per item on multi-item orders.

To ask questions, customize orders, discuss bulk orders, tells us how wonderful we are, etc. please email us: crafter.consort@gmail.com . You may request a telephone conversation for discussion.

We are a small struggling business.  We cannot afford to absorb the cost of items on which we did not make a mistake.
